By default uses the default workspace defined by MicroStation. Many installations change that workspace to a server based location. Bentley Geospatial Administrator can be started with an alternate workspace location by using a command line switch.

–wr=alternate workspace folder path

-pp=alternate parent folder path

-register_fullname

If this option is present when starting Bentley Geospatial Administrator (or the variable REGISTER_FULLNAME is defined to be TRUE) then the full name of Oracle Spatial features will be registered. This differs from the current operation in which the Oracle service name is NOT prepended to the feature name.

Without the command line option, features will be registered as shown.

With the command line option features will be registered as shown. The command line option is provided for backward compatibility with previous versions.
